Ava Gene’s was designed to bring a Roman-inspired dining experience to the Pacific Northwest. In the first phase, we worked with Osmos and Duane Sorenson on the overall design. My role focused on kitchen design and food and beverage programming. The second phase refined and expanded the project with Bredon Farrell, introducing new architectural details, additional seating, and a connected back space to enhance kitchen operations and create a private event space called, Fora.
