Created and developed the brand identity, designed and executed Back-of-House (BOH) and Front-of-House (FOH) layouts, curated an all-day deli menu with a focus on in-house bakery items and seasonal ingredients, integrated the deli as a central feature of the Grand Stark Hotel’s lobby experience and ensured seamless alignment between design, branding, and culinary vision.

Grand Stark Deli was envisioned as the heart of the Grand Stark Hotel lobby, redefining the traditional hotel dining experience with a fresh, all-day deli concept.
