Scope
Developed brand identity in collaboration with WLCR, designed and executed Back-of-House (BOH) and Front-of-House (FOH) layouts, worked with the chef to curate a menu focused on traditional and regional burritos, created a streamlined, complementary beverage program, and worked closely with the opening chef and management team to ensure a smooth launch.

Los Burros Supremos was designed to reimagine the classic burrito shop, elevating it with a menu rooted in regional and traditional burrito styles while maintaining an approachable, fast-casual experience. Collaborating with WLCR, we developed a strong brand identity that reflected both authenticity and modern sensibility.
Beyond branding, we played a key role in BOH and FOH design, ensuring an efficient workflow and a welcoming guest experience. The beverage program was crafted to complement the menu with simplicity and balance. Additionally, we worked hands-on with the opening chef and management team, refining systems and processes to ensure a successful launch and long-term operational success.
